ADHD Budget Planner Spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel
ADHD BUDGET SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
An ADHD budget planner for anyone who finds category budgets hard to keep up with. It gives you one number instead of forty categories.
Safe to spend already has bills, renewals, jars and fun money taken out of it, so if the number says yes, it is yes.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Safe to spend: what you can spend today and every day until the next payday.
✓ Money log: one line per spend, while you still remember it. The category can wait for check-in day.
✓ Due soon: bills, trials and money admin with a date, soonest first.
✓ Impulse pause: write down what you want instead of buying it, and see what it costs in hours of work.
✓ Trials & renewals: every free trial and yearly plan, so nothing renews by surprise.
✓ Payday plan: seven paychecks ahead, so a short pay period shows up before it arrives.
✓ ADHD tax: the money that leaks, like late fees and trials that renewed, written down with what came back by asking.
✓ Savings jars: what each jar already holds, its goal and what it takes from each paycheck to get there on time.
✓ Catch-up: type today's balance and the file counts from it, no rebuilding the weeks you missed.

📝 HOW IT WORKS
- Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
- On Start here, fill in the shaded cells: how you are paid, a payday you know and your take-home pay. Set what goes to jars and your fun money per week.
- Write your bills once on Bills, then log each spend on Money log as it happens.
- Everything else fills in by itself. Home shows what's safe to spend today, days to payday, what's due before payday and what the pause let go.
