ASSIGNMENT TRACKER FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
An assignment tracker for college and high school students. Type each assignment and its due date, and it tells you when to start, what it's worth, and the grade you need on the rest.
Room for 600 assignments and 8 courses, a full school year.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Assignments: one line each with course, assignment, type and due date. Status To do, Started, Done and Submitted.
✓ Assignments: Aim is your own deadline, a day or two before the real one. Start by shows when to begin, from the hours the work takes.
✓ Assignments: papers and projects get three steps: Outline, Draft and Final, each with a date.
✓ Assignments: Worth shows each assignment's share of the course grade, from the weights in your syllabus.
✓ Assignments: Now says what to do today: Start today, Due tomorrow, Overdue, or Done but not submitted
✓ This week: up next sorted by your Aim date, catch up with the heaviest work first, and work with no due date yet.
✓ This week: heavy weeks. Hours of work by week against your study hours, so a crunch week shows up early.
✓ Calendar: the month at a glance, colored by course, exams with a star. Months roll on their own.
✓ Grades: weighted grade per course, letter, how much is graded, the best you can still get, what you need on the rest, and term GPA.
📂 WHAT'S INSIDE: 5 TABS AND 2 CHARTS
✓ Start here: term dates, how early you want to finish, study hours, hours by type, letter scale and courses with syllabus weights
✓ Assignments: every assignment, five cards and the Now column
✓ This week: four cards, up next, catch up, no due date, heavy weeks
✓ Calendar: the month by course
✓ Grades: four cards, your courses and a chart of grade against target

💻 GOOD TO KNOW
✓ Works with a free Google account. No app, no ads, no subscription.
✓ You type each assignment. It does not connect to Canvas, Blackboard or Google Classroom.
✓ Grades use the weights you type from your syllabus. Your school's portal has the final word.
✓ New term: change the two dates and your courses. Old lines stay but stop counting.
✓ Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one.
✓ Best on a computer for setup. The Google Sheets app works for a quick check on your phone.
✓ The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets. Links between tabs work in Google Sheets.
✓ English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
✓ Free updates for life.
