📊 WHAT IT DOES

✓ Gifts: one line per gift. Pick the person, type the gift and the price. No status means it's still an idea.
✓ Gifts: status Ordered, Got it, Wrapped, Given, plus store, shipping, last day to return, where you hid it and who it's from on the tag.
✓ Gifts: Check flags a repeat gift (“Gave this in 2025”), a late order, a return window ending soon and a gift with no hiding spot.
✓ Summary: spent against your budget, people covered, and your pace: how much over you'd end up if you keep spending at this rate.
✓ Summary: each person's budget, planned, spent and what's left, with last year's gifts and amount next to the name.
✓ Summary: kids fair share by number of gifts and by money, compared with the top.
✓ Summary: hiding spots with how many gifts are in each, and a watch list for returns, late orders and gifts not given after Christmas.
✓ Wrap list: a printable list with a Tag # for each gift, who it's for, who it's from and where it's hidden.
✓ Next Christmas starts on its own: anything bought after Dec 25 counts for next year, and ideas you didn't buy move on by themselves.

📝 HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
2. On Start here, type your Christmas budget, then your people with a budget for each.
3. On Gifts, add gift ideas as they come. When you buy one, type the date. When it's home, write where you hid it.
4. Summary fills in by itself. On wrapping night, print Wrap list and write the Tag # on each gift tag.
