Clinical Hours Tracker Spreadsheet Google Sheets Excel, Supervision Log for LCSW LPC BCBA Fieldwork, Direct and Indirect Time
CLINICAL HOURS TRACKER SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
A tracker for the hours you need toward your license. Set your total, direct, and supervision hours once, log every session, and your running total — and the pace you need to finish on time — keep themselves up to date.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Hours Log: one row per session — date, activity, direct hours, indirect hours, supervision hours, and an optional supervisor and note. Total hours add up on their own.
✓ Progress: your total, direct, and supervision hours against what your board requires, and how many hours a week keeps you on schedule to your target date.
✓ Progress: a chart of hours by type, and a chart of percent complete against each requirement.
✓ Start here: set your own total hours, direct hours, and supervision hours required, plus your target completion date — every board's numbers are different, so these are yours to type in.
✓ Works for LCSW, LPC/LMHC, MFT, BCBA fieldwork, SLP, and school psychology hours — your license type is a label, not a built-in rule, so the math works for any program with a total, a direct and indirect split, and supervision hours.
📂 WHAT'S INSIDE: 3 TABS AND 2 CHARTS
✓ Start here: your name, license type, total, direct and supervision hours required, and target completion date
✓ Hours Log: every session, four cards, and the running list
✓ Progress: four cards, a chart of hours by type, and a chart of percent complete

💻 GOOD TO KNOW
✓ Works with a free Google account. No app, no ads, no subscription.
✓ Required hours are not built in — every license and every state sets its own numbers. Type the totals from your own board's paperwork.
✓ Direct hours are face-to-face client time. Indirect covers notes, case review, and treatment planning — most boards count both, but check your own rules.
✓ Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one, and Excel keeps them locked.
✓ Best on a computer for setup. The Google Sheets app works for a quick check on your phone.
✓ The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets. Links between tabs work in Google Sheets.
✓ English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
✓ Free updates for life.
