CREDIT CARD TRACKER SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
Log every card once, update each statement, and utilization, due dates, and status work themselves out β Paid, Due soon, Late, or Upcoming, card by card and overall.
π WHAT IT DOES
β Cards: one row per card β nickname, issuer, credit limit, APR, statement day, due day, annual fee and the month it posts, and your rewards rate. Up to 8 cards.
β Monthly Log: one row per card, per statement β balance and payment. Due date, utilization, and status fill in on their own.
β Dashboard: every card's limit, balance, utilization, and status in one table, plus total annual fees and how many cards are due soon or late.
β Dashboard: a chart of utilization by card, and a chart of your overall utilization over the last 12 closed months.
β Start here: type your name (optional) and open Cards β every number after that comes from what you log.
π WHAT'S INSIDE: 4 TABS AND 2 CHARTS
β Start here: a one-cell start, then straight to Cards
β Cards: up to 8 cards, four cards, and the full list

π» GOOD TO KNOW
β Works with a free Google account. No app, no ads, no subscription.
β Statement day and due day are just the day of the month β the sheet works out which calendar month each one falls in.
β Utilization is balance divided by limit, card by card and combined β under 10%, 10-30%, and over 30% are colored so you can see it at a glance.
β Rewards rate is a label you set per card β it's yours to fill in, not a built-in rewards calculator.
β Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one, and Excel keeps them locked.
β Best on a computer for setup. The Google Sheets app works for a quick check on your phone.
β The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets. Links between tabs work in Google Sheets.
β English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
β Free updates for life.
