GROCERY LIST WITH PRICES FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL

A grocery list spreadsheet that sorts your shopping list by aisle and adds up the cost before you go. 64 common groceries are already listed with their aisles. Check what you need, and the list shows an estimated total and what is left of your weekly budget.

📊 WHAT IT DOES

✓ Items: 64 common groceries are already listed and sorted into 12 aisles. There is room for 136 more of your own.
✓ Items: type the price you usually pay once. Then check Need for what you are out of and change Qty.
✓ Shopping list: everything you checked, in aisle order, with the quantity, price and total for each item.
✓ Shopping list: an estimated total before tax and coupons, and how much of your weekly budget is left.
✓ List is made for your phone. Open it in the Google Sheets app at the store and scroll.
✓ On Items, pick the store where you usually buy an item (or type your own) and add a note like a brand or a size.
✓ Trips: type the receipt total after each trip. See this month, last month and your average trip.
✓ Trips: a chart of what groceries cost you each month, for the last twelve months.

📂 WHAT'S INSIDE: 4 TABS AND 1 CHART

✓ Start here: an optional weekly budget and four short steps
✓ Items: your groceries with aisles, prices and the Need box
✓ Shopping list: sorted by aisle, with the estimated total
✓ Trips: a log of every trip, three cards and one chart

📝 HOW IT WORKS

  1. Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.

  3. On Items, type the prices you usually pay. Before each trip, check Need for what you are out of.
  4. Open Shopping list on your phone at the store. After the trip, type the receipt total on Trips and clear the Need column.

📥 WHAT YOU GET

💻 GOOD TO KNOW

✓ Works with a free Google account. No add-ons, no subscription.
✓ The prices are the ones you type. Nothing is pulled from a store or an app.
✓ Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one.
✓ Set it up on a computer. At the store, open List in the free Google Sheets app.
✓ Amounts show in dollars. The formulas work the same in any currency.
✓ The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets.
✓ English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
✓ Free updates for life.
