Home Maintenance Tracker Spreadsheet Google Sheets Excel, Home Maintenance Log with Automatic Next Due Date, Warranty Tracker for Homeowners
HOME MAINTENANCE TRACKER SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
A maintenance tracker that keeps your own schedule. Log when you last did a job and how often it repeats, and the next due date and status figure themselves out β no counting months by hand.
π WHAT IT DOES
β Tasks: 24 common home maintenance jobs are already listed, with a typical interval for each β change any interval, or add your own rows.
β Tasks: log the last time you did a job, and Next due and Status (Overdue, Due soon, or On track) fill in on their own.
β Tasks: three cards for Overdue, Due soon, and On track, plus 76 blank rows for your own jobs.
β Warranties: one line per appliance or system β purchase date and warranty length. Warranty ends and Status (Active, Expiring soon, or Expired) fill in on their own.
β Change your "due soon" window on Start here, and both Tasks and Warranties follow it.
β A yearly job stays on the same month every year β Next due is set from the month of your last date, not a fixed thirty days.
π WHAT'S INSIDE: 3 TABS AND 0 CHARTS
β Start here: your home nickname and your "due soon" window in days
β Tasks: 24 ready-made jobs, 76 blank rows, four cards, and the standard task list
β Warranties: every warranty, three cards, and the standard list

π» GOOD TO KNOW
β Works with a free Google account. No app, no ads, no subscription.
β 24 common jobs are already listed with typical intervals β change any interval if your home is different.
β Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one, and Excel keeps them locked.
β Best on a computer for setup. The Google Sheets app works for a quick check on your phone.
β The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors). The photos show Google Sheets. Links between tabs work in Google Sheets.
β English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
β Free updates for life.
