Log what you did each day, and the file counts school days and hours toward your state's goal, like 180 days or 1,000 hours.
One spreadsheet you keep, not a yearly app subscription.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ School Year: the first day, your school week, up to 4 children and a calendar of breaks, sick days, half days and field trips.
✓ Lesson Log: one line for each lesson: the date, the child or All kids, the subject and what you did. Minutes fill in for you.
✓ Attendance: the school year on one page for each child, with school days, half days, days off and breaks marked.
✓ Subjects: the plan for each child and subject: lessons in the book, lessons a week, what is done, the pace and the finish date.
✓ Week: one child's subjects across the week, planned and done side by side.
✓ Report Card: one child and one term on a page, with grades, lessons, hours, school days and books.
✓ Transcript: high school courses with credits and final grades, and the GPA, plain and weighted.
✓ Year Summary: school days, hours and core hours for each child, and hours by subject.
✓ Reading Log, Portfolio and Budget: books read, work samples by term, and school costs with money waiting to be paid back.
✓ Home: one card for each child with school days, hours, this week, subjects behind pace and the grade average.

📝 HOW IT WORKS
- Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
- On School Year, fill in three cells: the first day, a child's name and the grade. The file lays out 180 school days.
- On Lesson Log, add a line for each lesson. The date and the subject are enough.
- On Settings, set your state's goal: school days, hours or core hours. Add breaks and days off on School Year.
- Everything else fills in by itself. Home shows each child's school days, hours and subjects behind pace.
