Sessions count down from each package by themselves, so you know who to renew before they run out.
It runs the business side of training, without paying for another app every month.

📊 WHAT IT DOES

✓ Clients: everyone you train, with their goal and where you train them. Package, sessions left, last session and what they owe fill in from the other tabs.
✓ Packages: every package you sell. Sessions and price come from your own list, and the file says when to offer the renewal.
✓ Sessions: past and booked sessions with their status. No-shows and late cancels use a session by your rule.
✓ Payments: Venmo, card, cash and Zelle by client, with what each client still owes.
✓ Progress: weight, body fat, waist and the main lift, with the change since the first check-in.
✓ Leads: everyone who asks, where they found you, the consult date and the next step.
✓ Income: any month on one page. Sessions done, income, misses, packages sold and what you kept after costs.
✓ Expenses and Certifications: gym fees, equipment, courses and insurance, and when each certificate and CPR card expires.
✓ Home: this week against your goal, renewals to offer, who owes you, the next consults and income this month.

📂 WHAT'S INSIDE: 12 TABS AND 31 CHARTS

✓ Start with these three: Start here, Clients, Packages
✓ Every day: Home, Sessions, Payments
✓ Clients and growth: Progress, Leads, Income
✓ Set up once: Expenses, Certifications, Settings

📝 HOW IT WORKS

  1. Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
  2. On Settings, type the packages you sell with sessions, price and how long they last.
  3. Add each client on Clients and their package on Packages.
  4. Book sessions on Sessions and add payments as they come. Home and Income fill in by themselves.

📥 WHAT YOU GET

✓ Google Sheets version (the link is in the PDF)
✓ Excel version (.xlsx) for desktop Excel on Windows or Mac
✓ A filled example to look around, and a blank copy for your own data
✓ A PDF guide: a picture of every tab and your first five minutes, step by step
✓ A video guide for this planner (the link is in the PDF)

💻 GOOD TO KNOW

✓ Works with a free Google account. Nothing to install, no subscription.
✓ Formulas are protected, so you can't break anything by accident.
✓ A package runs until the client's next one is sold. Sessions left over show as carried over.
✓ No-shows and late cancels use a session by default. One cell on Settings changes that.
✓ Room for 40 clients, 100 packages, 600 sessions, 300 payments, 300 check-ins, 100 leads and 300 expenses.
✓ It runs the business side. It does not write workouts, and it is not tax or medical advice.
✓ Set it up on a computer in a few minutes. After that, the Google Sheets app works for marking a session between clients.
✓ The photos show Google Sheets. The Excel file has the same tabs and formulas.
✓ On a Mac? Use free Google Sheets or Excel for Mac.
✓ Free updates for life.
