✓ Bookings: one row per booking — client and pet, service type, dates, rate, and deposit. Visits or nights, the total amount, and any balance due calculate on their own, and a drop-in or walk can cover more than one visit a day.
✓ Monthly: a dashboard of bookings, visits, income, and profit by month — expenses are the one number you type yourself — plus a chart of income against expenses and a chart of income by service type.
✓ Start here: an optional business name and your own window, in days, for a vaccination to count as due soon.

📝 HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
2. On Clients & Pets, add every pet with its vet, any special notes, and vaccination due date.
3. On Bookings, add every visit, walk, or stay — rate and deposit are the only numbers you type, and amount and balance due fill in on their own.
4. Open Monthly and type your expenses — income, profit, and which service pays the most do the rest.
