Type each student once and each session on one line. Last visits, check-ins due, overdue follow-ups, waiting referrals and your direct and indirect time follow by themselves.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Students: your caseload with grade, the main reason and any small group. Sessions so far, the last visit, open follow-ups and the next check-in follow.
✓ Check-ins worked out: each student is due a check-in a set number of days after the last individual, check-in or crisis session.
✓ Sessions: one line per session, meeting or duty with the type, minutes and topic. Visit numbers and days since the last visit follow.
✓ Follow-ups: every call, email, meeting and form you owe, with the student, who it is with and the due date. Overdue ones turn red.
✓ Referrals: who referred each student, why and how urgent, with the days waited until you first saw them.
✓ Groups: every small group with its topic, grade, first meeting and number of weeks. Members, meetings so far and the next meeting follow.
✓ Lessons: your classroom lessons with the class, grade and topic, the students reached and whether each was taught on time.
✓ Calendar: every group, week by week, for fourteen weeks, with lessons and sessions counted.
✓ This Week: every open follow-up due in seven days and everything overdue, with when you last saw the student.
✓ Time Use: any month on one page: sessions, lessons and meetings, direct and indirect hours, duties and your share against your goal.
✓ Home: follow-ups due next, students due a check-in, referrals waiting and lessons coming up.

💻 GOOD TO KNOW
✓ Works with a free Google account. Nothing to install, no subscription.
✓ Formulas are protected, so you can't break anything by accident.
✓ It is not a case file. Use initials and short notes, and keep confidential case notes in your district's own system.
✓ It records what you type. It does not connect to your student information system, a calendar or email.
✓ Room for 80 students, 20 groups, 500 sessions, 300 follow-ups, 200 referrals and 200 lessons.
✓ Set it up on a computer in a few minutes. After that, the Google Sheets app works for logging a session or closing a follow-up on your phone.
✓ The photos show Google Sheets. The Excel file has the same tabs and formulas.
✓ Free updates for life.
