✓ School Year: the first and last day, your classes, grading periods and days off. Every school day gets a number.
✓ Week: every class and every day on one page, with the lesson, its standard and what is due.
✓ Gradebook: a block for each class. Type the points and scores; it works out each grade with your weights and letter scale.
✓ Lesson Plans: one line a lesson for a class or a whole course, with the unit, standard, objective and homework.

📝 HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
2. On School Year, fill in five cells: your name, the first and last day of school, and your first two classes.
3. Paste your class lists on Roster. Type assignments and scores in the Gradebook, lessons on Lesson Plans, and absences and calls home as they happen.
4. Everything else fills in by itself. Home shows today's school day, the class average, missing work and follow-ups.
