📝 HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
2. On Start here, fill in the shaded cells: your names, the wedding date, the budget, service charge and sales tax.
3. Add each cost on Budget as you book it, then add guests on Guests as they're invited.
4. Everything else fills in by itself. Home shows the days to go, the budget so far and how many guests are coming.
