Trading Journal Spreadsheet, Trade Log for Stocks Options Futures and Crypto with P&L Calendar, Google Sheets Excel
TRADING JOURNAL SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
Log every trade once β stocks, options, futures, forex, or crypto β and P&L, R-multiple, win rate, and your equity curve keep themselves up to date.
π WHAT IT DOES
β Trades: one row per trade β date, ticker, side, entry, exit, size, a multiplier for your asset (1 for stocks, 100 for a standard option, your own for futures, forex, or crypto), stop, commission, setup, and a note. P&L, R-multiple, and win or loss fill in on their own.
β Trades: a risk check against your account balance on every trade, against the limit you set on Start here.
β Stats: win rate, profit factor, and expectancy, broken down by setup and by day of the week.
β Stats: your equity curve from your starting balance, and a chart of average R by setup.
β P&L Calendar: pick a month and see every trading day colored green for a win day or red for a loss day, with the dollar result on the square.
π WHAT'S INSIDE: 4 TABS AND 2 CHARTS
β Start here: your starting balance and the risk limit you want to hold yourself to
β Trades: four cards, and every trade you log
β Stats: win rate and P&L cards, two breakdown tables, and two charts
β P&L Calendar: two cards and a 6-week grid for the month you pick

π» GOOD TO KNOW
β Works with a free Google account. No app, no ads, no subscription.
β This is a trade log, not advice β it records what you already did, it doesn't tell you what to buy or sell.
β R-multiple is worked out from your own stop on each trade, not from the risk limit on Start here β those are two separate numbers, on purpose.
β The multiplier makes one log work for every asset: 1 share for stocks, 100 for a standard option contract, or your own size for futures, forex, or crypto.
β Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one, and Excel keeps them locked.
β Best on a computer for setup. The Google Sheets app works for a quick check on your phone.
β The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets. Links between tabs work in Google Sheets.
β English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
β Free updates for life.
