Wedding Budget Spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel, Wedding Budget Planner and Vendor Payment Tracker, Wedding Planning Template
WEDDING BUDGET SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
A wedding budget spreadsheet for couples who want every vendor, deposit and due date in one place. Type your wedding date, total budget and guest count, and the budget is split into 14 categories the way most U.S. couples spend. Add each vendor you book, and it shows what is paid, what is left and what is due next.
Tracks up to 40 vendors, with a deposit and a final payment for each.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Budget: your total is split into 14 categories with typical U.S. shares. Change any share, rename a category or add your own.
✓ Budget: Budget, Booked, Paid, Left to pay and Budget left for every category. Over budget, Budget left turns red.
✓ Budget: eight cards, including Booked, Paid, Left to pay, cost per guest, days to go and categories over budget.
✓ Vendors: one line per vendor with the category, total cost, deposit and due dates. The final payment is the rest.
✓ Vendors: leave Final due empty and it is set two weeks before the wedding.
✓ Vendors: check Paid when you pay. Each vendor shows Paid in full, the next due date, due soon or overdue.
✓ Payments: the next 20 unpaid payments in date order, each marked Overdue, Due soon or Upcoming.
✓ Payments: what is due, paid and still to pay each month for 18 months, with a chart of cash needed by month.
✓ Budget: a chart of budget vs booked for every category.

📝 HOW IT WORKS
- Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
- On Start here, type your wedding date, total budget and guest count. Your names are optional.
- On Vendors, add a line each time you book someone. Check Paid when you pay a deposit or a final payment.
- Everything else fills in by itself. Budget shows each category against your plan, and Payments shows what to pay next.

💻 GOOD TO KNOW
✓ Works with a free Google account. No add-ons, no subscription, no bank connection.
✓ It does not pay vendors or send reminders. It shows what is due, and you check off what you paid.
✓ The category shares are a starting point. They should add up to 100%, and the total turns red when they don't.
✓ Rename categories before you add vendors. Vendors you already added keep the old category.
✓ Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one.
✓ Best on a computer. The Google Sheets app works for quick checks on your phone.
✓ Amounts show in dollars. The formulas work the same in any currency.
✓ The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets.
✓ English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
✓ Free updates for life.
