Weekly Budget Planner Spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel
WEEKLY BUDGET SPREADSHEET FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
A weekly budget spreadsheet for anyone whose pay or bills don't follow the calendar month. It turns every bill into a weekly amount, so you know what to set aside before you spend anything else.
Works for pay that comes every week, every two weeks, or changes week to week.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Set-aside: turns every bill into one weekly amount to move to your bills account each payday.
✓ This week: shows what's left to spend this week, what's due before next payday, and how many days to go.
✓ Week caps: gives each spending category its own weekly limit, not a monthly one.
✓ Bill weeks: looks thirteen weeks ahead and flags which weeks carry the most bills.
✓ Fifth paycheck: shows which months bring an extra paycheck and where you've set it to go.
✓ Weeks ahead: tracks how many weeks of bills your bills account already covers.
✓ Pay yourself: works out a steady weekly amount for pay that changes week to week.
✓ 52 weeks: lays out the whole year, one row per week, so you can see which weeks stayed on budget.

📝 HOW IT WORKS
- Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
- On Start here, fill in the shaded cells: your payday, your take-home for a typical week and your savings per week. Also set where an extra fifth paycheck goes.
- Add every bill once on Bills, then add your income and spending each week on Income and Spending.
- Everything else fills in by itself. Home shows what's left to spend this week, what's due this week, and how many weeks of bills you have covered.
