Task Tracker for Google Sheets and Excel, Simple To Do List Template, Daily To Do List and Task List with Priorities and Deadlines
TASK TRACKER FOR GOOGLE SHEETS AND EXCEL
A simple task tracker that keeps everything you need to do, at work and at home, in one list. Type each task once with a due date and a priority. Focus sorts your open tasks into Now, Next 7 days and Later, so you always know what to do first.
Room for 500 tasks.
📊 WHAT IT DOES
✓ Tasks: one line per task with a list, a priority, a due date, a status and notes. Only the task is required.
✓ Tasks: eight lists are ready, from Work and Home to Errands and Money. Rename them on Start here or type your own.
✓ Tasks: a When column shows days late, today, tomorrow or in how many days. It turns red when a task is late.
✓ Tasks: the status is To do, In progress, Waiting or Done. Done tasks turn grey and stay on the list.
✓ Tasks: four cards for Open, Due today, Overdue and Done.
✓ Focus: Now is your daily to do list: everything overdue or due today. Next 7 days and Later show what is coming.
✓ Focus: each block is sorted by due date, then priority. High priority tasks show in pink.
✓ Focus: a chart of open tasks by list and a chart of all tasks by status.
✓ Dates move on their own every day. Nothing to copy, sort or reset.
📂 WHAT'S INSIDE: 3 TABS AND 2 CHARTS

- Open the PDF and click the link to make your own copy in Google Sheets. Or open the Excel file.
- On Start here, check your lists and rename any of them. Your name is optional.
- On Tasks, type one task per line. Add a list, a priority and a due date if it has one.

💻 GOOD TO KNOW
✓ Works with a free Google account. No add-ons, no subscription.
✓ It does not send reminders or sync with a calendar. Open Focus to see what is due.
✓ There are no repeating tasks. For a task that comes back, add a new line with its next date.
✓ Tasks with no due date go to Later. Each Focus block shows up to 20 tasks, and the rest stay on Tasks.
✓ Type only in the lighter input cells. Formulas are protected: Google Sheets warns you before you change one.
✓ Best on a computer. The Google Sheets app works for quick checks on your phone.
✓ The Excel version may look slightly different from the photos (fonts, colors, charts). The photos show Google Sheets.
✓ English only. Not made for Apple Numbers.
✓ Free updates for life.
